1. Agreement Parties
This binding agreement is established between:
Service Provider: MusicGeneratorAI (referred to as "Provider")
Business Address: 320 Fillmore Street Denver CO 80206 US.
Service User: Annual subscription members of musicgeneratorai.com (referred to as "Member")
2. Definitions
2.1 "AI-Generated Music" refers to all musical works created using the Provider's artificial intelligence technology.
2.2 "Commercial Use" encompasses any profit-generating application, including but not limited to monetization, licensing, distribution, performance, adaptation, and derivative creations.
3. License Scope
3.1 Annual subscription Members receive permanent, worldwide rights to use all AI-generated music produced through our platform during their subscription period. These rights remain valid perpetually, even after the subscription expires.
3.2 These rights include:
- Comprehensive reproduction and distribution authority
- Broadcast and public performance permissions
- Authorization to create derivative works
- Rights for commercial utilization
- Authority to sublicense
4. Member Responsibilities
4.1 Members agree to comply with the platform's terms and usage guidelines.
4.2 Members pledge not to utilize the AI-generated music for unlawful or harmful activities.
5. Provider Guarantees
5.1 The Provider guarantees possession of necessary rights and authorization to deliver the services outlined in this agreement.
5.2 The Provider assures that the AI-generated music will not violate existing third-party copyrights.
5.3 The Provider confirms that, in accordance with the open-source licensing of underlying AI models, it is authorized to grant Members commercial usage rights for all music created on the platform.
5.4 The Provider makes no guarantees regarding quality, merchantability, or suitability for specific purposes of the AI-generated music.
6. Liability Limitations
6.1 The Provider shall not be responsible for any direct or consequential damages resulting from the Member's use of the AI-generated music.
6.2 The Member accepts all risks and responsibilities connected with the use of the AI-generated music.
7. Training Dataset and License References
7.1 The Provider's AI music systems are trained using open, public-domain, and permissively licensed music materials, including the publicly documented datasets and license references listed below. These datasets are commonly used in music information retrieval, symbolic music, and AI music research.
